Ran around 35:20 without the warm up included. My compass work was super wonky (lack of forest orienteering rearing its head) but micro route choice and control circles were pretty alright. Misses to 5 (20s), 6 (20s), RC to 7 (15s), miss to 10 (20s) and miss to 18 (20s) for about 1:35 lost. My speed sucked 4-8 before I worked out how to run in terrain again lol.
