Rogaine Series - Part 4 - South Woodhill (2014-06-08)

Felt good until heading towards 34 where my calves felt like they hit the wall. Lots of crawling, pain and slow jogging until the condition started getting better towards 37 but never fully recovering. 51 was in the wrong spot. Veered off to the left going to 54 and made a parallel error with the southern hill. Stupid change in routechoice going to 54 before 53 ment a lot more climb overall. After crossing the bridge to 45, I was folding the map and ended becoming disorientated. The rest of the course was pretty easy with not much time lost, though approaching 55 from the bottom of the hill was stupid. Overall, still a fun course with easy navigation and mixed vegetation!!
