21st the night before and 4hours sleep, yet a performance I wasn't expecting. Matt started 2min behind so I aimed at holding threshold through the whole race - another skill that needs to be developed to sit with the elites. You cant't just rely on map reading but need to push yourself to edge and hold it. Really please despite the mispunch but who cares, a great session none the less!
