First time night orienteering and wow, such a different experience. I was unsure at a few control sites but pretty comfortable with where I was despite feeling disorientated and only having 10m visability. Nothing made sense after screwing up 10 and hitting the wrong hill. I can remember 11 but felt it was too close and ended up hitting the track. after 12, I lost my concentration and couldn't orientate off anything and ended quite a distance off course. Cut training short as time was getting a bit scarce. Overall, really fun to train in a new environment which tests compass and reading slopes gradients.
