Push pull training with Gene. It was mostly good but got really sleepy and tired towards the end as it got close to midnight. To the 6th I was too far right, to the 15th I pulled up in the gulley to early, Bad compass out of the control to the 18th. Too far left on the 28th but by this stage my orienteering focus was destroyed.
