Trying to get back into analysing my training/races more and uploading here. Nav a bit dicey after ~3 months off orienteering, my speed is much higher now and I found myself a bit out of control. Struggling to pick the olive green gaps or think enough about my route choices, was rushed the whole time.Positive though that I was handling the fine detail fairly ok.
