National Middle Distance 2019 Part 1 (21-04-2019)

Awesome terrain and course, unfortunately I didn't handle the challenge very well. I ran out of the start triangle 180 degrees in the wrong direction which meant I was quite stressed from the beginning and playing catch-up. Then a massive mistake to the 8th control, not being sure exactly where I was coming off the hill system. Another small mistake to the 11th. Quite disappointing as I had great speed and flow for the rest of course.
