Anzac Sprint Relay Leg 2 (23-04-2016)

After having run a 9:58 3k earlier in the week and a full week of training, I knew I wouldn't be too competive in the sprint. The first control was a trap with tiny peices of olive green that I didn't see till I ran through and had to head back out. Gene caught to 1 and then we ran together 11 where a dropped off the pace. Navigation felt comfortable and a I was with all route choices except 2 and 12. The slow forest up the bank was a big gamble and I got stuck a few times.
